Podcast clips, done for you

Your podcast ships weekly.
Your Shorts tab says otherwise.

We turn every episode into 8 to 10 vertical clips: moments picked by a person who listened to the whole thing, captions with your guests' names spelled right, your brand on every frame. Delivered in 48 hours.

The publish-and-vanish cycle

An episode is not
a post.
It's a content mine.

You record an hour of sharp conversation, publish it, get the day-one spike, and move on to next week. Meanwhile the clips that could compound on Shorts, Reels and LinkedIn never get made.

Auto-clip tools pick the wrong moments. The common experience: 20 generated clips, 2 or 3 usable, and by the time you fix the rest you could have edited them yourself.
Agencies bundle clips into $2,500+ retainers. Full-service podcast agencies do great work, but you pay for production, strategy and account management when all you need is the clips.
Editing in-house eats founder hours. Someone on the team becomes the reluctant clip person, and it is the first job dropped in a busy week. The Shorts tab quietly dies.
How it works

Episode to clips.
48 hours.

1

Send a link

YouTube link, RSS feed or a raw file. Any format, video or audio-only. Audio shows get our animated audiogram treatment.

2

A person picks the moments

We listen to the full episode and pull the self-contained arcs: the contrarian take, the story with a payoff, the hard number, the exchange that lands.

3

Clips arrive in 48 hours

8 to 10 vertical clips with captions, hook cards and your branding, each with a title and description. Ready for Shorts, Reels, TikTok and LinkedIn.

What you get

Ready to post.
Nothing to fix.

8 to 10 clips per episode, 20 to 60 seconds, each a complete thought with a hook.

Captions that respect your niche: guest names, company names and jargon spelled correctly, every time.

Hook cards and pacing edits: visible change every few seconds, pauses tightened, no dead air.

Your brand system on every clip: colors, watermark, style contract set once in episode one.

Titles and descriptions included, written from the episode itself, never invented claims.

48 hour turnaround so clips ship while the episode is still fresh.

Why a person, not an algorithm

Moment selection is
the whole game.
Algorithms lose it.

Anyone can caption a random 40 seconds. Knowing which 40 seconds carries the argument, where the hook is, and where the clip must end so the point lands: that is editorial judgment, and it is exactly where auto-clip tools fail.

Whole-episode context Every clip is chosen by someone who heard the full conversation, so no point gets cut in half.
Flat pricing, no credits No per-minute metering, no expiring credit packs, no surprise overages. One price per episode or month.
Your footage stays private Processed on our own systems. Never uploaded to third-party AI tools.
Questions

Asked by every
show we talk to.

Who owns the clips?

You do, fully, including the free samples. Your show, your content, your clips. We keep nothing and license nothing.

Our show is audio-only. Does this still work?

Yes. Audio episodes get our animated audiogram format: waveform motion, captions, hook cards and your branding. It is built precisely for shows with no video surface at all.

What about guest approval?

You review every clip before it posts, and clips can be a genuine gift to guests: most are glad to be quoted well. If a guest or topic is off-limits, tell us once and it goes in your profile.

How is this different from Opus Clip and similar tools?

Those tools guess moments with an algorithm and charge by upload minutes. We pick moments by listening to the whole episode, and you never pay to process footage that yields nothing.

Can you match our brand?

Yes. Colors, fonts, watermark and caption style are locked in a style contract on episode one. Every clip after that is consistent without you asking.

What if we want to stop?

Cancel with one email, effective immediately. The first episode is a one-off precisely so you can judge the work before committing.

What does it cost?

It depends on how often you publish and how many clips you want per episode. Send your latest episode first and get three clips free, then we will price it against your actual cadence.

No pitch, just proof
